Dark Chocolate Buckeye Brownies

Hello September! It's football season!
You'll most likely want to add this treat in to your party or tailgate line-up, trust me.

Dark Chocolate Buckeye Brownies






Ingredients
  • 1 box dark chocolate fudge brownie mix
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened not melted
  • 6 TB unsalted butter (to add to topping)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 bag milk chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. In a 9x13 pan, make & bake brownie mix according to box directions. Let cool. 
  2. In a bowl add your powdered sugar, ½ cup butter and peanut butter. Mix well. Spread with knife over the brownies.
  3. Melt together chocolate chips and remaining butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Spread over the peanut butter to top off the brownies. 
  4. Cover & cool your brownies before cutting and serving.
